There is a new bug on Paypal that let you refund payments easily.
Here's how:
1.) Have an Ebay account.
2.) Buy digital products - (Items without tracking number needed)
3.) Then refund it using Paypal and put "Unauthorized Access/Transaction" (Ebay refunding works sometimes)
Proof: 4.) You have 90% chance to win on the dispute because the seller can't provide tracking number and Paypal is dumb it always in favor of the buyer.
Proof: 5.) Keep refunding before this bug is gone.
