question on the CoC guide

i have just looked at the Clash Guide (awesome work BTW) and it shows, for example, the Sneaky Archer stats all the way down to LVL 15. I was wondering where did this info come from and how dependable is it? I'm still a new user and don't know the ins and outs of the subforum quite yet.. Thanks for taking the time to answer!!
