Question about using Volibot on personal account while playing other

I have a level 30 account that has 20 minute lower priority queue for 4 more games. But I have a few accounts that I play also and wanted to bot the 4 games to get rid of the queue while I play another acocunt. When I start volibot it forces the game to be in a small window and when I open the actual league client to play another account while I bot my personal, it makes the window small for the other one too. Is this even possible? THX!
