Question about unauthorized paypal dispute

Hey so I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction and when I disputed it, paypal sided with the recipient even though it was sent as a payment and not as friends and family, and the other guy never even responded or sent any messages during the process. How is this possible? Also is there any way I can still get my moeny back? Any advice/tips are really helpful, thanks
