QQ real-name registration issue

So im trying to play some fucking chinese games but i need to real-name register my QQ account, i got through all the fill outs but i have this problem in the end
http://prnt.sc/chbaaz - it translates to " Too many numbers in this document binding!"
Id be surprised if any of you plebs know how to fix this shits
