I started a refund on Nike UK this guy and he agreed to do this refund for me.
I ordered some football shoes(140gbp) and we waited like 1 month for them to be delivered.
He was being helpful with his fast replies at first.
Then the shoes came. He took 5 days just to start the return process(part of the refunding process).
Thats not big of a deal. then I waited for 15 days until he could ask nike for the refund.
I was getting replies until the deay before the refund date. thats why i find it weird on why this guy isnt replying anymore.
Leaving a refund pending like that is very unprofessional by his side.
Now this is my experience with this guy. its been a while and he still isnt replying so I guess we can call this refund
