I am aware that you guys have seen loads of these on this forum and many forums alike, so don't go flaming me for making this.
I've made this to push newbies into programming.
Also this is my first release, so enjoy it.

This uses the ProxyScrape public API to scrape proxies, you can easily add more options if you take a look on their API docs.
