Proxies and config help

Hi, so I was wondering what is the best proxy provider out there if I want to check accounts from StockX or goat or Netflix? I currently scrape my proxies and the checker says they are hq but then the OB config that I use gets tons of retries for StockX, goat, and Netflix but they work perfectly for Spotify or McDonald’s. Do you think it’s the config or do I need better proxies? I am also looking for a Nike.com config with capture.
