I feel like the equivalent of those maniacs on those hoarding TV shows, I'm in my mid 20's and have done it since I was roughly 12. Sheesh! I also still bite my nails when I'm on the computer, it's like these little things don't change, but I have definitely mentally changed for the better as a person, bad habits are real, maybe I should tackle on improving this, anyone else find a remedy?
EDIT:
Of course, my forgetting dumbass would forget the context...
Context: I keep like 100+ tabs open in my browsers when only 30% are usually the useful ones.
