Problem with reship service

Hello all i recently have problems with my reship service. Today a lot of package are disappeared. I request info and they say that police sned the packages back to amazon. Obviusly i never put my name on packages but the reship have my name. Another thing i'm not live in the country of reship (germany) and i done refund on amazon.de. What can happen? i can say that anyone take my info for this use?
