Figured I'd share. Don't over use or post other places pls.
1. Set security question'
2. Change account password
3. And then change email by clicking edit email and "You have no logner access to the email try changing with your security question"
First step, do the steps i've told u until u change ur email.
When u going to change email, u click on "Request to change it" : http://prntscr.com/bcfh0e
Now, after u clicked on "Request to change it", follow those steps : http://prntscr.com/bcfhi6
Now, goto the alt email, and click here : http://prntscr.com/bcfhxn
Follow those steps and click Proceed : http://prntscr.com/bcfipk
Now, login to your account with the alt email u've changed to, goto the settings page over : https://account.mojang.com/me/settings
Click on email, "Edit" and again Now, u change to the real email that u want., click "Request to change it" : http://prntscr.com/bcfjoh
And again follow the steps below ^^^.
After u changed the email again, you will get that email to ur alt account (Which was the first email u changed to) : http://prntscr.com/bcfkcj
When ever u get to your legit email that the owner disputed your account, which should be email like that : http://prntscr.com/bcfknt
You click on the link at the alt account : http://prntscr.com/bcfkcj which will show u that: http://prntscr.com/bd1352, and just follow the steps, and again change to alt account using ur security question, and again change to legit email as i said above, if this happens again just click on the new email u got after u rechanged the details again as i said before.
*Remmber, only when the owner disputed the account, u click on that link.
*After u clicked, u do the steps again, change to alt email, change to real email.

*First time when u switch to alt email, then second time request a change again to change to ur legit email*
