To everyone who's recieving OnDrawEnd and such other bugsplats, I may have fixed it for myself, not sure if this'll work for others.
Set your LoL.exe to compatability mode, I am running windows 7 so I set it to windows xp and stopped recieving bugsplats from evadee.
....\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.1.81\deploy\League of Legends.exe
