Not too sure what to put here apart from screw people that have you pay for mods.
Installation:
1. Open Payday 2 local files through Steam
2. Drag the "mods" folder and DLL into your payday directory, replace any files it asks you to
(Optional, but recommended): Install the most recent Payday 2 BLT mod from PaydayMods, install it the same way you did with PPR
