So until a few time ago I've sold products through selly.gg using paypal as well as bitcoin without worrying to much,
recently I've got 2 chargebacks, one which I've won of ~20$ and another which I lost for around 5$,
5$ is nothing but the problem was that paypal automatically fee'd me 20$
now obviously I called to solve this problem and they did refund me the 20$ and I was curious why did I lost the case
since I provided the prof that the good was delivered to the paypal email and the buyer give me a positive feedback 2 days later.
and the answer was :
"Due to PayPal chargeback policy, when talking about digital goods the buyer will always win the case, it can only lose the case
if he does not reply to the case, except that, he wins. The seller takes a risk each time he sells a digital good."
Now there are two things about this.
1. If you accept a PayPal transaction ask for it to be f&f.
2. If you buy Digital Goods from different stores you can always chargeback and win the case.
