Parents approval for a moped

So, I've been wanting a moped for a long time, but ive never told my parents and they think i don't want.
I really dont know what they think about it, but im afraid i wont be allowed to get a moped.
What can i tell them to convince them to let me get a moped?
Money is not a problem.-
