Otp for email Epic Games

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an Otp program that you receive from Epic Games for the email change. In practice, I bought a Fortnite account some time ago but after a while the seller changed the password for access and I no longer have a way to access it in order to receive the 6-digit Otp code and change the email address, this to avoid to get the account back, at least I hope. There is a solution? Many thanks in advance
