Now all you do is make ab ebay and paypal on the new rdp and make sure to have at least a credit card or bank acc on the second ebay

You buy ebay gift card off of these sites and then what you do is put the code on your second ebay and then make a post on your 1st ebay for something really overpriced like for example if you have a $500 gift card you put an ipod for $500 and then you buy the item an the $500 will go to your main account then you withdraw the $ to your bank/etc.
