Hello, It's my first thread here. I think it is valuable one.
I will share guide how to fully activate any MS Office including newest Office 365 (all versions) with working updates
One time effort.

If you want other language just replace ".../en-us/..." with your language shortcuts. For example for russian language office image use: "/ru-ru/ProPlus2021Retail.img"
(Don't worry, you can install "Home Premium" version from this image also. How to pick version you will see later in point "4")
2> Install Office from downloaded image and don't enter any keys at the end of installation. Just close installed program after successful instalation.

I used version 0.3 and it works perfectly and this version is 100% clean on all scanners according to VirusTotal results:

4> Now you have to create a symlink of the system sppc.dll in the Office C2R System directory as sppcs.dll:
A> To do this: open command line (type "cmd" in windows search bar) and run it as Administrator.
B> type:mklink "%programfiles%\Microsoft Office\root\vfs\System\sppcs.dll" "%windir%\System32\sppc.dll"and hit Enter
5>Rename hook library sppc64.dll to sppc.dll and copy it to this folder: %programfiles%\Microsoft Office\root\vfs\System\
(for 32 bit OS, use sppc32.dll)
cmd line: copy /y sppc64.dll "%programfiles%\Microsoft Office\root\vfs\System\sppc.dll" and hit Enter
6>Open one of the Office apps. For example MS "Word" or "Excel" and to activate (/install) Office 365 use one of the blank keys:

• Edition O365 Home PremiumMicrosoft 365 || Key: NBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBG-234RY
• Edition O365 Pro PlusMicrosoft 365 with additional enterprise apps || Key: NBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBCF-PPK9C

If you have any problems with activation go to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and copy "hosts" file to desktop. Open it with Notepad and add: 127.0.0.1 ols.officeapps.live.com at the end of this file. Save it as "hosts" (NOT hosts.txt) and copy modified file back to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
7> You can go to "account" tab and update your software:

As some would say, "It's trivial."
The sppc.dll copied to the System directory in the Office is used instead of the system library.
The only real license check is done during the startup of the Office applications using the SLGetLicensingStatusInformation function.
The SLGetLicensingStatusInformation function can be easily hooked to lie about the activation status.
