Newbie needing help with cracking

Hello all sorry i couldnt find a better area to post i apolagize i just found this site and have only been using the food rewards accounts and im actually hoping to find a few king people to point me in the right direction to start being able to actually find accounts and logins passwords myself any recommendations would be very helpful sorry its not a method apologies just trying to get some help really appreciate any help in advance!
