Newbie, guidance on what I can do and advice on upgrading

Hey yall,
Like the subject says, kinda new to this. Was wondering what it is that i can actually or access on here ?
And are the upgrades worth it ? I saw a lot of interesting posts tbh.
Im trying to figure out a way to make so income straight or slightly not that straight if doable without big risks; no risk is out of the question i'm assuming hehe
