New version of the Logitech MX518?

So I have a suuuuuper old Logitech MX518. I have been gaming with this thing since ~2004 and it still works. But it's starting to wear, especially on the feet. Also the buttons don't feel as good. I remember seeing another Logitech mouse a couple years back, I think it was the G400? That was a direct upgrade essentially the same mouse but newer. I'm looking for a mouse that feels exactly like the MX518 as far as shape and weight and number of buttons, etc. I looked and couldn't find that newer Logitech mouse any more. It seems all the new mice have way more buttons than I want. The 518 just has the two thumb buttons and three small ones around the wheel. Preferrably I'd like to find something with the same configuration. Any MX518 users who upgraded?
