They started cracking down on counterfeits sold as genuine.They've introduced the "Guaranteed Genuine" buyers protection:if an item is sold as genuine you will receive a counterfeit product and can prove it, the seller is forced to pay you up to 3x the purchase amount and a refund. You can get $300 back from a $100 product and keep the product.
Note that the item has to have a "Guaranteed genuine" icon at the bottom of the listing, or the seller should explicitly state that it's a genuine item.
