I tried to SE dell today,
everything was doing fine but customer service just kept saying WE WILL SEND engineer to change motherboard of your laptop,
tried to overcome objection with coronavirus and stuff like that,finally i've got email like this :
1. I will send a system replacement request today.
2. Once we get the approval within 1 - 2 business days, we will submit the request to our SWAP team.
3. You will receive an email from our Swap team for you to check the configuration. You need to reply to that email if you are okay with it so that it will proceed.
4. You will be contacted by our SWAP team regarding the whole process of delivering the new one, but usually between 2 - 3 weeks after you reply to their email.
5. Then collection for the original system will take place
How do you think,do I have any chances getting the laptop?
How do you overcome this repair objections?
And one more question,I only can get EU/US service tag and serial numbers,not from my country and the big problem for me is to get the real-address for shipment. they ask me for address and if I tell them reship address it gets suspicious I guess.. can you suggest me some private reship companies?
As I see monitors are much more easier to SE,I've got it in couple of hours,but still address is my problem.
