Need help with growing on Twitter!

Hey everyone!
I'm desperately in need of a good functioning Twitter bot!!
What it should be doing:

• Fav'ing based on tags
• Following based on tags
• DMing or tweeting new followers

I'v tested so many of the once here on the forum but I can't find a working one, and I don't really have the money to buy one
