need help wiith adobe creative cloud

I don't know it this the right section, but I need help , I installed the adobe collection using this exe:

- https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/4d1ef869c4bddeccc318939ea2651ce5a3fc2e369ba44a2e24cb9b102ef2be19 - it seem block adobe connection, but I decided to to sign adobe creative cloud , and now I can't download nothing from there , the download starts and everytime reach 10% it closes and gives me error 190, I already uninstalled everything reinstaled, and nothing works, so I tested to use my adobe creative cloud login in vm virtualbox and the download goes further then 10% , meaning it's something in my machine, I would like to know what and where this exe called connection blocker.exe and the dll that came together called libcurl.dll , what this do, and what modification is done in my pc that is blocking to downloading anything from adobe creative cloud, I need to understand how to unblock this thing, thanks.
