Need Help to recover account (will pay!)

Hi, long story short. bought an acc a couple years back but the seller didnt provide me with date of birth on the acc. so now riot has "locked" my acc cause i have to "prove" im the owner... but as you can problably guess its kinda hard to prove its my acc when i cant even tell my birthdate lmao. i have every info execpt date of birth, idk if its even possible but if someone can help me get it back ill gladly pay. it was gifted to me by my dad who passed away recently so i will do anything! (please note the seller DIDNT try to reclaim the acc, hes just inactive so cant get in contact with him thats why im asking for help) ^^
