Need help importing ssfn/hash to remove 7day trade ban

I got my site (jackpot page,Db,bot ) working mostly, the thing is the bot dosn't accept becaus of the 7day trade ban, so i need help importing my ssfn/hash file to remove that ban, i got steam(client) logged in on the bot user so i got the files but i dont know how i'm supposed to import them
