Need help hacking Minecraft server

So I'm trying to do the BungeeCord exploit (Where you connect directly to the port bypassing the cracked login) And then this comes up

. Which is really good! So I start up my BungeeCord server to the ip:port,

(Console) Pop's up. It looks like the IP of 127.0.0.1 is banned? I think? Is there any way around this IP ban?
