Hello everyone,
Need Your precious time and Your guide. I tried everywhere on Staff Support but they are not replying to my Message, this is my last try, may i leave the site after this if not getting any respose,
I was upgrading my account to "Infinity" for which i were need to pay 34.99€. I choose Ethereum and paid (37 USDT ) more then the required amount which were given on the invoice. But i was not aware about fee, i were think there will no deduction. But they cut about "€ 2.01 ".
I tried to pay the remaining amount but minimum ether can send upto " 0.0098" which is equal to €16.67. I am not able pay it.
So what i can do Sir please guide.
