This is a pretty well known exploit to get the 50 Naval Missions for the Naval Treasure achiev (http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=10160/naval-treasure-expert)
This will probably only work for your alts, anyway.
When you get the Naval Commander (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39056/naval-commander) or If at first you fail try again (
http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39674/if-at-first-you-fail-try-again) quest, do the mission and wait 1 minute for you the ship to complete the mission ,as soon as it done, complete the MISSION and ABANDON the QUEST. Repeat.
TLDR;
1 - Get the QUEST
2 - Send SHIP to 1min mission.
3 - Complete SHIP Mission
4 - Abandon QUEST
5 - Repeat
