You are most likely grey or have to find buyers a solution for that is offer a few people a free design either by looking for people who dont have a design and asking them

ask someone which is reputable and if he needs a design
or
just make a sales thread and wait
now you should have money which you can buy a rank with if you dont have one or try to use the money to earn more
*you should have a pc for that or atleast a tablet / kind of phone
