Today marks my 3rd year trying to lose weight and so far I've done incredible progress! I tried so many plans and medicines but the ones that truly worked best for me was weightlifting. I could only lift tiny baby weights but now I can squat 60 kilograms!
I would love to hear everyone's experience, maybe some of you just started and maybe some of you guys are still on the journey
