My SnapChat Account was Hacked

so today i was on snapchat at around 11 am just sent streaks right, then i get back on snap around 4pm and im logged out of my snap, i try re logging in and it said invalid credentials and then i tried resetting my password, invalid email it said, then i tried emailing snapchat and they said there is nothing they can do. can someone please help i spent 4 years and hundreds of hours on my snapchat i was about to hit 100k snapscore now i have to restart
