INGREDIENTS makes 4 pizza
5 cups all-purpose flour00 or 5 cups bread flour / 500gram flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast / 7-9Gram
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 3?4 cups warm water / 300mlL depending on flour air ect .
Measure flour out in a bowl . add the salt to the side of the bowl and bury it a little . add the yeast to the "room temp" water and sugar and stir . you can wait to see if your yeast is activated use MSG if you want to add this put it
add water and mix with fork
Set aside to rest five minutes, and then stir again for three to five minutes.
Add additional water or flour to achieve a smooth, sticky dough.
Divide into four pieces and fold into balls
At this point, dough can be refrigerated or frozen.
Allow to rise at room temperature
Corn FLOUR on table place pizza and stretch the dough push the middle down and out to the crust
Heat up large frying pan to max . get the dough onto a paddle or a chopping board with some flour and slide it into the frying pan
grab some sauce and on pizza and a sprinkle of olive oil put under the Grill/broiler . take out when crust rises . add more sauce cheese and toppings
remember to cook any topping before cooking pizza . except pepperomi, ham ect
this will bring home pizza to takeaway standard . BUT its still not near takeaway oven . Takeaway ovens much hotter than home oven . even with frying pan and grill . you will never get takeaway pizza in a home oven .
i seen alot of pizza recipes where they use bread dough and overcook it in the oven . the cheese will end up burnt before the pizza dough is done . .
