All you need to do is assign a CLOUD PC once you have the Windows365 Subscription.
Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and log in.
Open a new tab and go to https://windows365.microsoft.com/
Login using the same details as the Windows365 Subscription.
On the page, it will show “Your organization hasn’t assigned you a Cloud PC”.
Open a new tab and go to https://portal.azure.com/
In the search bar of the Azure portal search “aad” (azure active directory). Click on it.
Once everything loads, on the left-hand pane scroll down and find "Mobility (MDM & MAM). Click on it.
In the Mobility (MDM & MAM) click on “Get a free Premium trial to use this feature”. A window will open on the right side.
Click on both the “FREE TRIAL” one by one. Once both have been activated, click the “x”.
Open a new tab and go to https://admin.microsoft.com/
Once the full page loads, on the left side click on USERS and select ACTIVE USERS.
You will see your name.
Click on your name and a window will open on the right side.
Click on “LICENSES AND APPS”.
Under LICENSES select all the 3 and under APPS select all the 14. Click SAVE CHANGES.
Click on the X and again click on your name and click “licenses and apps”.
You need to check that all the 3 licenses and all the 14 apps are selected by default now.
If any of the licenses/apps is “unticked” then “tick those licenses/apps” and again click on SAVE CHANGES.
Go to https://portal.azure.com/ and click Mobility (MDM & MAM). It should now show two applications (Microsoft Intune & Microsoft Intune Enrollment).
Click on Microsoft Intune and select ALL and click save.
Click on Microsoft Intune Enrollment and select ALL and click save.
Click the X and again click on both the apps (Microsoft Intune & Microsoft Intune Enrollment) and make sure everything is SET TO ALL.
Open a new tab and go to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/
Once the page loads, on the left side click on the “Groups”. Click on “New Group” Follow the below details.
GROUP TYPE: SECURITY
GROUP NAME: ANY
GROUP DESCRIPTION: LEAVE IT BLANK
Azure AD rules can be assigned to the group: NO
MEMBERSHIP TYPE: ASSIGNED
Under Owners click on “no owners selected”. A small window will open on the right side. Click your name and click SELECT.
Under Members click on “no members selected”, and scroll down until you find your name. Click it and press SELECT.
Click on Create.
It will show creating a group.
Once the group has been created just refresh/reload the same page. It will now show your name.
Click on “Devices” from the left panel and find and click “Windows 365” under Provisioning.
Once the page loads, click on “Provisioning Policies” and click “Create Policy”.
Name the policy (can be any) and select any region.
Click Next.
In the Image tab select the IMAGE TYPE to GALLERY IMAGE and click on Select.
Select the very first image on the right side window (Windows 11 Enterprise Microsoft 365 Apps) and click Select.
Click next and Configuration Tab should be Language and Region (preview) English (United States).
Click next and under ASSIGNMENTS click “Add Groups”. Select your name and click select.
Click next and under REVIEW + CREATE check once all the details and click CREATE.
Once the policy has been added it will show your details under the tab “Provisioning policies”.
Click on "All Cloud PCs and it will show the status of your RDP as “provisioning”.
It will take at least 30mins to 1 hour or sometimes even 2 hours to get the RDP provisioned.
Leave the tab opened and check again after 30 mins. It will show the status as “PROVISIONED”.
Go to https://winwdows365.microsoft.com/ and now it should show “Your cloud pc is ready”.
Click on the next 3 times and then click “get started”.
