First, pick up your order and wait for at least an hour before reaching out through live chat. Then, share your experience: "Hey, I just picked up my order, but I noticed some items are missing." If they suggest a replacement, let them know you don’t have time for that because you need to leave for a party.
The representative will ask which items are missing. Just mention a few of them (don’t try to get a refund for everything at once; break it down into 3-5 smaller groups based on how many items you have). Remember to be polite and respectful to the live chat agents since they’re just doing their job and waiting for their shifts to end.
