1. Make sure you have a google account and if you dont you need to create one.
2. After creating a account go to https://cloud.google.com
3. Use either your own card or a vcc to signup for the trial plan.
4. Once you signup you will be given a certain amount of credits that allow you to create a server.
5. Go and create a new VM instance and make a server.
6. You are able to customize anything you need on the server (Storage, Speed, Location, OS, etc)
