1. You will need to find a service or some platform that allows to SIGN IN via GOOGLE (keep in mind not all services/platforms work)
2.You will sign in with your/cracked Google Account that has 2FA, it won't ask to go through 2FA
3.Next you will try to reset or change password/email in the platform or service most likely it will make a popup to Gmail, when you press it will open pop up with an inbox of an email you signed in with before
KEEP IN MIND THIS WORKS ONLY ON FEW PLATFORMS, NOT ALL PLATFORMS // SERVICE PROVIDERS SUPPORT IT!
