- Tell them you want to return the item because you think it’s a counterfeit and you’re not comfortable with owning a device that you think is a counterfeit after paying full price for it.
- They will make a return request for you to return the item, when the courier arrives DO NOT ANSWER, literally, just do not answer your phone and ignore the return, make sure 3 days passed from the first return request.
- Contact them again after 3 days and tell them nobody came to pick up the item, maybe make a fake story, something like oh the courier was rude and disrespectful, I don’t want to raise a complaint but I’d really like to return this item and get what I paid for it back, they’ll make another return request.
- Wait 3 days since the second return request has been made, repeat this a total of 3 times meaning this will take around 9 days, but it’s a guaranteed refund as per policy.
- After the 3 return requests have passed, contact them and just complain, say you want a refund and you feel like you’re being used/scammed.
- You will get your refund.
