Why only German? Since it's an mobile app where you need to verify yourself in order to let the refer work, it's only possible with a german ID afaik. I mean you could do it anyway, but can only ask germans to do it.
In order to let this work, you need an german ID and 10€. So if you know someone who could do that for you, you will get 50€.
The refer promotion is not running infinite, so do it now.
Here is the manual:
First you need to register yourself and verify, in order to get the ref link. It's called TradeRepublic!
And if you have someone or you want to pay someone like 10€ for doing it, you need to send them this manual:
1. download app via Ref Link on mobile phone
2. after downloading the app, it is best to start it again via the Ref Link
3. register, fill in data
4. short Video-Ident verification (1min)
5. shortly before the end there is another field where you can indicate whether you have been recruited, check again that the field says: "your refer code" (without "")
6. then wait about 12h until the account is fully activated
7. recommended: Add tax ID in the app
8. deposit at least 10€ after activation
9. when the money is there, use the search function to buy a share (recommendation share: "TUI" , costs about 2,7€)
10. after the purchase report to me
11. after that the share can be sold and one day later the money can be paid off to your bank account
