That's actually the story of how I made 2500$ through advertising per month!
Here's my step by step Guide on how I did it. I really couldn't care less if you post it to other forums.
Have fun!

• Register a Free Webhost with Subdomain or use a free .tk Domain
• FTP into that Free Webhost and upload the newest Wordpress
• Install Wordpress and link it to your MySQL Database
• Install a Chat Plugin on that Site (doesn't matter which one they are all most likely the same)
• Use a Mobile Friendly Design
• Sign Up for Google Adsense or any other Ad Provider and paste an Ad Code above and below the Chat
• Sign up for Propellerads (or any other provider that let's you use link ads) to post link advertisements in the chat
• Use AppInventor or any other App Creator Tool to get your Website as Android App
• Register for a Google Play Developer Account
• Upload your App and give it some retard sex related name
• You can actually build more than one App on that site and use different keywords while uploading it to maximize the user base
• Try not to get kicked out of your free hosting service cause that uses a shitton of traffic.

Try to maintain a low clickrate and don't go 0-100% in a matter of a few days. On a small screen people are more likely to click on the ads if you place them above and below the chat, so keep that in mind. Google will kick you out of Adsense if your Clickrate is too high for a long time.
If you get kicked out of the Playstore but built a high enough userbase you can switch to another ad Provider like Juicyads that also shows porn advertisements. They pay less but they don't give a shit about your clickrate and you can even manually bot that clickrate up.
The first sentence here is a bit of a clickbait, i actually had around 25 apps running simultaneously with around 500k downloads per app.
