Just want to preface this by saying I'm new here, want to contribute, and just trying to share something that has worked really well for me. If this goes against the site rules, obviously take it down, but I read them and I think it's okay.
Towards the end of last year, I stumbled upon Amazon's Mechanical Turk program while looking for an easy way to make side cash doing work online. The pay isn't crazy high or anything, but you sometimes get bonuses, and it is usually simplistic quick work, so it worked out well. After doing this for about a month, I realized it would probably be better to outsource the labor, and have someone else complete work on my Mechanical Turk account. While this is technically against Amazon's TOS for the site, it is easily achieved through the use of VPNs, and as far as I know, near impossible for Amazon to find out if you're cautious. This ended up working well for me, so I mentioned it to some friends, had them sign up, got them outsourced workers, and increased my earnings while making my friends some side money as well. It basically turns into a mini-pyramid scheme/side hustle, but it's a good way to make side cash for little to no effort outside of initial setup. I'll answer some basic questions below, and try to shed more light on how I set this up, so that hopefully you guys can also profit from the method.

What skills do I need?
Assuming that you do this in the same way I did, you'll be responsible for making sure account holders, workers, and third party services all get paid. You need to be able to ensure no one is shorting you, or getting shorted. You'll also need to be capable of recruiting new account holders into your hustle, so you have to be capable of pitching this idea to friends, family, or even complete strangers. If any of this sounds daunting or impossible for you, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is not a low effort gig, you need to be willing to work hard before you can achieve steady passive income. If this sounds like too much work, feel free to send me a message, and I'd be happy to help setup a worker on your personal account, and pay you 10% of the earnings, easy free money just not big bucks.
How much will I make?
If you set all of this up yourself, the only limit to your profits is how many accounts you have access to. On average, an MTurk account will make $100-200 per week, but I have seen them go as high as $350, depends entirely on job availability and bonuses. Half of the earnings will go to the worker under my model, but you might come to a different agreement with your workers. You'll also liekly need to pay for several services, such as middlemen, VPNs, VPSs, and so on, but it depends on how you chose to handle things. I personally offer account holders 10% of the earnings each week, and on average they earn $100 a month in passive income. After costs, I also take home 10% of their earnings. So anyways, it's easy to see how this quickly becomes profitable with enough accounts.
What is "Mechanical Turk" (MTurk)?
Per Amazon's own description, MechanicalTurk is "A crowdsourcing marketplace that makes it easier for individuals and businesses to outsource their processes and jobs to a distributed workforce who can perform these tasks virtually. This could include anything from conducting simple data validation and research to more subjective tasks like survey participation, content moderation, and more. MTurk enables companies to harness the collective intelligence, skills, and insights from a global workforce to streamline business processes, augment data collection and analysis, and accelerate machine learning development." Basically it's a big platform where companies, universities, and so on can crowdsource online labor for microtasks.
How do I make an account on MTurk?
You are able to sign up for an MTurk account using a new or existing Amazon account login. However, not everyone gets accepted into the program, and after a few months of doing this, I unfortunately can't shed a lot of light on why. What I can confirm is that existing Amazon accounts, ones with prime subscriptions, past purchases, or even just several year old accounts, have a much higher chance of being approved. Once approved by Amazon (usually takes 1-3 days), you'll be able to login to the site, and setup "Amazon Payments" which is just how they pay you. You'll need to enter a lot of personal info for this, and it will be reviewed by Amazon, just like any other legitimate job application but rest easy, this info is not viewable by workers later on. Once you've been approved for an account, and your deposit info is good to go, you'll be able to pick payout frequency (Weekly, monthly, etc), and start working. At this point, the account is primed and ready to go.
Where can I find workers to outsource to?
This one is really up to personal discretion, as you can find labor in a million places. There are a lot of third party outsourcing middle-men websites for countries like India, or you can source individuals yourself and risk scammers. I've had a lot of luck with reddit users who are looking for work, most folks are fine with working for 50% of what they earn on MTurk. Lots of ways to skin this cat, do what you're comfortable with, and what ultimately works for you.
What VPS/VPN providers should I use?
Literally any of them, whatever works and you feel most comfortable with is best. For VPNs, ones that offer lots of accounts on one subscription are great for this hustle, especially if you plan to manage a large amount of MTurk accounts. However, be cautious, don't cheap out and sacrifice quality for quantity, you'll make the money back long term if you do things smart.
How can I manage earnings and payouts?
This one is also really up to you, but I've gotten a lot of use out of CashApp. Since there's no fees for cash transfers, built-in crypto utilities, and easy signup, this is very appealing for most folks. You can easily have folks pay you through CashApp, or buy and send BTC to any address through CashApp. Furthermore, if people aren't comfortable using their bank details on Amazon payments, they can simply get a debt card through CashApp and use that account exclusively for this entire gig, thus keeping it separate from their personal finances.

I think that covers just about everything, feel free to ask questions and let me know if you think I missed any important details. I've excluded links to pertinent websites, but it's not hard to find any of this stuff, especially MTurk, just google it. Bottom line, get accounts, get workers, get VPNs/VPSs for workers, manage payouts, make money. Keep in mind, there are good weeks and bad weeks, so it's important to manage expectations. However, this is a really great way to setup passive income for yourself and others. Good luck guys, happy to finally contribute something, lot of great ideas and hustles on here. Cheers!
