Been using this program since csgo and i never hear it talked about so im gonna drop it for you guys.

ISLC (intelligent standby list cleaner) made by Wagnerdsoft (ddu creator)
The game will feel extremely smooth i have laid out how to run and use below
you will need 7zip

Win 10 and 11
cant use global timer resoloution on windows 10 (we dont need that anyway)
1 download and unzip file (all files have to stay in folder do not remove or settings will not save)
run islc v1.0.2.9 as admin
(THE PC CAN BLUE SCREEN HERE IF THIS HAPPENS GO TO CMD STEPS FIRST BELOW)
2 check (enable custom timer resoloution)
In wanted timer resoloution type 0.50
has to be exact no other 0
(Standby list will be purged when these 2 conditions)
set (the list size is atleast) to total ram ie (16gb is 16048mb so (16048))
set (free memory is lower than) to half total ram (8024)
close islc (will be running in bottom right of screen exit there too)
3 run cmd as admin
(ONE AT A TIME)
bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes
bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes
bcdedit /set deletevalue useplatformclock
if the last command says already complete or succsesfully then youre good
If not restart pc in bios and enable xmp
then run cmd as admin and paste all lines again
If this still doesnt work or if when you run islc the current timer resoloution isnt a perfect 0.50 you will have to enable HPET in the bios
when you run islc make sure its as admin and always start game first
click start
The bottom of islc you will see polling rate i keep this between 1000 to 2000
