Looking for unverified any region account <3

I'm looking for a hopefully free account, doesn't matter what region. I don't mean to be a beggar but I was hoping if someone had a spare unverified level 30 account they could pm me with the details and I could have. I'd be grateful, and if you could spare me the "you have to buy one" or say something that involves me having to use money, sadly I have none at the moment so that's not an option. Plus I'm not demanding one, I'm just asking if anybody has one spare and if you do, I would appreciate it.
