Looking For game

It was an old game i used to play when I was smaller. I’ve been looking for the game for awhile now and Im not really sure what it’s called. I remember a mission, or at least I think it was a mission where a guy drives a speed boat around a few islands and you have to shoot some red barrels. I also remember a flag with a dragon on it on the main screen. I’m not even sure if it was a dragon, but it was red. https://shareit.onl/
