i have been training for a year and a half now, starting weight: 51kg. Current weight: 66kg and the issue is that i have been stuck at 66kg for about three months now.
I Consistently eat oat with milk and dried grape for breakfast, a medium carb / protein meal for lunch and dinner
Looking for advice on meals and snacks that can provide a calorie boost throughout the day and on budget. no crazy stuff, Thank you!
edit: i'm certainly not looking for replies that say "eat enough" "eat 6 meals a day" etc...
