This programm disconnects you from PvP.net. It still allows you to play in normal/ranked queue, just not type to people on the client.
You can use it when you crack an account, or when you eloboost someone ! Use it as you will You will be able to play matches, but you will not be able to talk unless you are in game of course.
Note2 : You can off course back online whenever you want just in 1 click =D
