Well, I thought about if I should or shouldn't make this topic, and I've came to the conclusion that dropping some knowledge to others would be a good thing.
*Note: The method it's restricted to a very small % of the accounts.
This is a very effective method to get URS/gemstones on cracked some accounts with last play: (before) 7th November 2017
You can use this to develop new ways to SE RiotGames if you are smart enough.
Here you go:
Conditions: The account you try this on needs to have almost all the skins that can be bought with rp.
Step #1:
You send an email to riot in which you mention that you have all the skins available in the store and you didn't get any skins off the runepages you bought(you mention the fact you were supposed to get a random skin for every 4 runepages bought with rp) and that you are a veteran player that stayed with the game
Step #2:
They will follow up with an email like this one:
*Note: The option may vary, but they will still offer you some URS or gemstones.
Step #3:
You can either tell them you accept one of their options, or you can go extra- [...]" .
