since bulking need alot of money ...
i was doing this meals 2y ago when i was broke af and it's actually tasty af if u interested on more recipes like this i will add more
your best friend is instant noodles , Got shitload of carbs +protein
but u will need Animal protein aswell in your meals , can't be only vegan protein
so basically
make instant noodles but make sure u filter water after boiling and it's dry , i've made a thread on that check it
then boil Eggs , or Tuna can
for tuna u will filter oil and add littlebit of vinegar and black pepper to get rid off that nasty fishy taste
2packs of noodles+can of tuna , +1000 calories and good amount of protein
same for eggs
2packs of noodles + 2 boiled eggs

Note: don't eat tuna more than 3 times a week it's dangerous
and extra fast snack is boiled potatoes , it's pefect for bulk and tasty and cheap and you can add whatever seasoning u want
u can make it into a meal by adding a chicken meat (grilled) with Pasta (store ready sauce)
