today's meal is my personal favourite , tasty and full of carb + proteins + CHEAP AFFFFFF
our meal will be rice omellete , before u saying sounds nasty try it first motherfucker
1- ready rice , make or buy ready microwaveable stuff
2- eggs
3- seasoning
1- add your desired amount of rice in a bowl , i add 1-1.5 cup with 2-3 eggs (Ready rice)
2- mix + add black pepper + salt , if u like soy just add a little drop
3- add butter in pan and add pour your mix , same as fried eggs
4- eat with spoon
5-bon apetiatotitet
ps: you can add bacon or sausages or whatever u want as extra flavor
bikk calorie meal with respected amount of carbs + protein
